Alcohol

Alcohol causes thousands of cancer cases per year in the UK. World Health Organisation conducted global surveys on alcohol consumption and alcohol related harm was reported that globally, men consume more alcohol than women and the percentage of abstainers is higher in women than in men.

Each year in the UK, thousands of deaths and diseases are attributed to smoking. Other smoking alternatives might not be as harmful, but then some of them might potentially be even worse. Tobacco is the largest preventable cause of death in the world.

As with any town centre closure there were some ‘challenges’ thrown at the crew but their attitude and commitment to the safety of the children, parents and support groups was second to none. A404 Resurfacing

Could I say a big thank you to yourselves and to all your crews which were on site at the A404 Resurfacing scheme last night. I have spoken to the Tarmac site supervisor from the Chieveley depot this morning who was very appreciative of how helpful and how good it was to work with the crew that was on site.
