Bora Gülan will start as Group CEO and Board Member of the holding company for the five companies AVS, Chevron, Fero, HRS and Ramudden effective as of October 1 st , 2021.
London, 1 st of October 2021 - Bora Gülan will start as Group CEO and Board Member for the group of work zone safety and traffic management businesses which includes AVS, Chevron, Fero, HRS and Ramudden (together the “Group”) effective as of October 1 st , 2021. The group holding company was established by Triton on 17 th of December 2020, is formally known as Ramudden Holdco AB.
This new leadership role underlines the strategy to expand into a truly international group. As the new Group CEO, Bora will focus on the further growth of the Group with a strong focus on sales, operational excellence, innovation and accelerate the digitalization of the core processes, products and services to increase the value returned to the customers during the product lifecycle.

Bora was most recently President of North and Central Europe at Otis Elevator Company. Previously, he served in several Executive positions where he was a strong contributor for the strategic direction of Otis and UTC Building & Industrial Systems. He led significant and successful business transformations during a career that spans more than 20 years. He holds an MBA at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California and Executive Program Degrees at INSEAD and Oxford Said Business School.
