Chevron Traffic Management Limited has announced the acquisition of Scottish traffic management company, Class One Traffic Management Limited.
In a deal which completed on 1st October, Class One TM will become part of the Chevron Group of companies which provides Traffic Management, Digital Services and Arboriculture Services in a range of sectors including High Speed, Local Authorities, Rail, Utilities and Events.
Speaking about the acquisition, Chevron CEO, Tim Cockayne commented: “We are delighted to welcome Class One TM to Chevron. Class One TM is a perfect fit for our group. As well as being the leading traffic management company in Scotland, it shares our commitment to be the leading Work Zone Safety Company in the UK.
